We are dreamers. By our very nature, as humans, we imagine a future and then begin taking actions to turn it into reality. It’s the very essence of our creativity—our life. That generative process is happening beneath every action we take. One of the most sacred acts is to create relationship—deep, abiding connection with another person. The value we get in return is far beyond any other reward, and we cherish those living, breathing, dynamic bonds with another kindred spirit.

This song is a reflection on our personal experience in trying to create an enduring partnership together, which of course, is not an easy dream to make into reality. And then keeping it alive and vital is another thing altogether. However, in our view, it’s worth every ounce of effort—the result is more than a dream, and far beyond what appears in our everyday reality.
