Story
Innocent Previous Story
Sometimes being childlike is most mature.
The little Mediterranean restaurant, white with blue trim, surrounds us on three sides as we enjoy the autumn sun on the terrace, and waves lap the sand. We speak from time to time, a few light and breezy phrases. Mostly, we sit in happy silence, mutely confirming the choice we made ten years ago.
That’s when we walked into this small Spanish seaside town of S’Agaro, holding hands at the start of our heartfelt journey. With a brown leather bag filled with 10 years of journals, we settled into a secluded retreat to write the story that would sweep us forward, defining our next twenty years together.
Those were spacious, soulful and romantic days. We read our journals aloud, weaving narratives that we had lived but hadn’t shared. The story was born as we had hoped, as rugged as the steep coastal hills and filled with intrigue and excitement.

Wonder in the everyday
Would we do it all over? In a heartbeat. Deep within, the small voice urges us forward despite good sense. There is timeless beauty and excitement for the unknown that never fades in the heart of an innocent.
